Byron Mitchell Barrow

Byron Mitchell Barrow, 29, of 3152 Railroad St., Ashland, Ky., died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003, in King's Daughters Medical Center, following a short illness.
Mr. Barrow was born May 30, 1974, in Ashland, a son of Mary E. Barrow of Ashland and Byron M. Fish of Greenup, Ky.; and his paternal grandmother, Helen F. Williams of Ashland.
He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Additional survivors include his wife, Jamie McCallahan Barrow; a son, Austin McCallahan of Cincinnati; two other sons, Cameron Michael Barrow and Brant Eugene Sammons, both of Ashland; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003, at New Hope Baptist Church in Ashland by the Rev. Henry L. Mosley and Suffragan Bishop Elzy Thomas.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Steen Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel on Central Avenue. The body will lie in state from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the church. Burial will follow in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
