Victoria Vincent Beckwith, 94, of Ashland, Ky., died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, in Woodland Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Beckwith was born Feb. 3, 1909, in Soldier, Ky., a daughter of the late Frank and Josephine Patton Vincent.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Warren Beckwith, in 1987.
A homemaker, she was a member of First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Ashland, Col. William Wallace Chapter-National Society of the DAR, and Eastern Kentucky Genealogical Society.
Surviving are a son, Philip Beckwith of Lexington; a daughter, Helen B. and Hobart Weaver of Ashland; two brothers, Gene Vincent of Lexington, Ky., and Paul Vincent of Kenosha, Wis.; a sister, Mayme Graham of Florida; four grandchildren, Becky Charles of Mooresville, N.C., Jeri Conn of Lexington, S.C., Hobie Weaver of Wilmington, N.C., and Anne Beebee of Nashville, Tenn.; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at noon Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel by Dr. Robert Stauffer and Dale Donahoe. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
