Robert Hand Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1936 - 2002 Robert E. Hand, 66, of Ashland, Ky., died Monday, Dec. 16, 2002, in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. Mr. Hand was born March 26, 1936, in Dayton, Ky., a son of the late William Garrison Jr. and Fannie Mae Castle Hand. He is survived by a sister, Judy New of Northern Kentucky. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens by Dr. Richard Smith. There is no visitation. Steen Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cerebral Palsy School, P.O. Box 413, Ashland, Ky. 41101.
