Ida Waugh Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1909 - 2004 Ida Waugh 1909-2004 Ida Waugh, 94, of Ashland, Ky., died Sunday, Feb. 22, 2004, in Hospice Care Center in Ashland. She was born Oct. 10, 1909, in Rock Holllow in Magoffin County, Ky., a daughter of the late Isaac and Eugenia Collinsworth Perkins. She was retired from the A&P. Surviving are one daughter, Virginia Lyons of Ashland; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at Steen Funeral Home-Marshall Steen Chapel, 3409 13th St., Ashland. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered at steenfuneralhomes.com. .
