Betty Yonts Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1933 - 2004 Betty Lee Yonts 1933-2004 Betty Lee Yonts, age 70, of Stanford, Ky., died Thursday, May 6, 2004, in Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford. She was born Sept. 4, 1933, in McRoberts, Ky., a daughter of the late Holly R. and Huldia Bartley Yonts. She was also preceded in death by four sisters; and five brothers. Surviving are two brothers, Herbert H. Yonts Sr. of Ashland, Ky., and Bobby Gene Yonts of Louisville, Ky.; and five sisters, Peggy Ray Vopalensky of Lincoln, Neb., Shirley Yonts Maddox of Webbville, Ky., Ora Ann Yonts Whitt of Flatwoods, Ky., Rita Kay Yonts Cox of North Carolina, and Bessie Yonts of Hopkinsville, Ky. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 10, 2004, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland by Pastor Ed McKinney. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. There is no visitation. .
