I really will miss Steve. We became friends in 1967 when I played for Gene on FOP. I will be thinking of all of his family during this difficult time.

Just want the family to know that Steve has been in my thoughts and prayers since I visited him in the hospital. Please draw comfort in knowing that Steve had a lot of friends who cared about him. Now my prayers are with you, his family.
