"Jim" Winter II, 74, of Catlettsburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, at his residence. Dr. Winter was born Dec. 13, 1929, in Texas. His wife, Jessie Vaudine Winter, preceded him in death. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Friends may call an hour before the service at the funeral home.
