Joshua Lee Radford Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1981 - 2004 Joshua Lee Radford - 1981-2004 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted: 10/21/04 - 09:06:25 pm EDT -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Joshua Lee Radford, age 23, of Ashland, Ky., died Oct. 19, 2004, in Ashland, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born Aug. 8, 1981, in St. Louis, Mo., a son of Sandra Radford of Ashland. He attended Christ Temple Church. Additional survivors include his maternal aunt, Carolyn Dillac; his godfather, Jeff Rothwieler; a son, Orion Hall of Ashland; a brother, Carl James Radford of Ashland; a sister, Sara Jane Snyder of Ashland; a nephew, Quenton Radford; and a niece, Lily Radford. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Christ Temple Church in Ashland by Suffragan Bishop Elzy Thomas. Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Christ Temple Church, 2601 Lexington Ave., Ashland, KY 41101. Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to steenfuneralhomes.com.

To Carl,Steve,and others My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time of great heartbreak and tragedy. Only time and the comfort of God can heal all wounds. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. When we leave this life our soul goes back to the Father in heaven that gives it to us. Please know that God is with your family in your hour of need.

C. J. and family, I am so sorry for this terrible tragedy that took your brother away from you. Sometimes the years we spent in "our" school seem a lifetime away.
