Among Harvey's major interests were tennis and the arts, especially music of almost every genre. For the past 35 years, he was particularly interested in traditional Appalachian music and counted himself truly privileged to have become friends with several dozen excellent performers of this music.
Harvey's wife wishes to thank the numerous friends who have offered such continued generous support and consolation during recent years. She especially wants to express her deepest gratitude to the entire staff and many of the residents of Oakmont Manor who have given such exceptional care and loving attention to Harvey and to her during the past 14 months.
