Mrs. Minnehan was born May 31, 1941, in Ashland. She is survived by her husband, Willard "Jerry" Minnehan. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the burial park. Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to steenfuneralhomes.com.
