Vera Lee Craft, 84, of Ashland, Ky., died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at her residence.
Mrs. Craft was born Nov. 13, 1920, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Calvin and Lillian Savage Kiger.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Isaac Craft.
She was a retired EKG technician for King's Daughter Medical Center in Ashland and a member of Thirteenth Street Baptist Church.
Her survivors include four daughters, Carol and her husband, Ron Gregg, Rita and her husband, Allen Meek, Leta and her husband, Alan Picklesimer, and Joyce and her husband, John Burton, all of Ashland; one brother, Richard (Butch) Kiger of Ashland; two sisters, Jean Kiger and Patty Nolte, both of Ashland; four grandchildren, Scott Gregg, Becky Golden, Todd Meek and Kerri Taylor; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland by Pastor Henry Mahan and Dale Simpson. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
