Chloe Belle Pennington Floyd, 83, of Ashland, Ky., died March 12, 2005, in King's Daughters Medical Center.
She was born June 5, 1921, in Webbville, Ky., a daughter of the late George M. and Susie Robinson Pennington.
Mrs. Floyd was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray E. Floyd, in 1989.
She was the last survivor of 14 children.
She was a former employee of Armco Steel and was a homemaker. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Ashland.
Surviving are two daughters, Pamela and her husband, Gary Russell, of Boyd County, Ky., and Terri and her husband, Louie Gabbard, of Flatwoods, Ky.; three grandchildren, Nicholas and his wife, Amber Russell, Keri and her husband, Brandon Ward, and Michael Gabbard; and three great-grandchildren, Serenity Barnes, Kailey Ward and Alexis Russell.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland by the Rev. Joed Rice. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 tonight, March 14, 2005, at the funeral home.
