Emma Jo Church Click for Condolences      Printable Version 2005 - 2005 Emma Jo Church -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted: 04/16/05 - 10:58:07 pm EDT -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Emma Jo Church was stillborn Friday, April 15, 2005, at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. She was the daughter of Tommy Church Jr. and Steffanie Forrest Church of Ashland. Other survivors include the maternal grandmother, Brenda Forrest of Ashland, and the paternal grandparents, Tim "Tommy" Church Sr. and Amy Hay Church of Flatwoods. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 19, at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Jim Forrest at the Rose Hill Burial Park. There will be no visitation. Steen Funeral Home-Central Aveue Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to steenfuneralhomes.com.
