Tonya Annette Menshouse Lehman, 45, of Ashland, Ky., died Sept. 21, 2005, in University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Ky.
Mrs. Lehman was born March 22, 1960, in Ashland, a daughter of Larry Menshouse and his wife, Betty of Ashland and Deanne Vannetter Nolan and her husband, John of Huntington, W.Va.
She was a customer service representative with Cingular Wireless Call Center and a member of Beech Street Christian Church, Boyd County Optimist Club and CWA Union.
Additional survivors include her husband, Mark Allen Lehman of Ashland; a daughter, Kristin Nicole Lehman, at home; a son, Erik Brandon Lehman, at home; two brothers, Rodney Menshouse and his wife, Nancy of Ashland and Larry Menshouse II and his wife, Heather of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Karen King and her husband, Randy of South Point, Ohio, and Lori Menshouse of Atlanta; her father-in-law, Richard and his wife, Linda of Ashland and her mother-in-law, Kathy Lehman of Ashland.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Beech Street Christian Church by the Rev. Kenneth Vaughn. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland and from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Pallbearers will be Erik Lehman, Rodney Menshouse, Justin McCarthy, Dale Queen, Randy King, Ron Artis, Scott Cron and Carlos Queen.
