Kaitlyn Renae McDowell was stillborn on Nov. 4, 2005, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
She was the daughter of David and Mary Benjamin McDowell of Ashland.
Also surviving are her maternal grandparents, Arthur and Jackie Benjamin of Ashland; and her paternal grandmother, Cheryl McDowell of Arizona.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, 2005, in the Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
Services are under the direction of Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland.
