--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mary Margaret “Midge” Frazier Graham, 80, of Ashland, followed her beloved husband of 63 years, Curtis “Ted” Graham, to the place he prepared in heaven for her on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005.

Midge was born April 11, 1925, daughter of the late Estille E. Frazier and Rubia Mae Kirk of Ashland.

She is survived by her son, Theodore “T.J.” Graham of Ashland; two sisters, Priscilla Ragsdale of Marietta, Ga., and LInda Frazier of Columbus, Ga.; four grandsons, Sean Graham of Ashland, Aaron, Brett and Ryan Graham of St. Petersburg, Fla.; four great-granddaughters, Alisa and Abigail Graham of Catlettsburg, and Adalyn and Hannah of St. Petersburg, Fla.

Midge was a wonderful mother, a loving and supportive grandmother and lived her life for her family. She was a passionate gardener, a wild bird enthusiast and enjoyed traveling with her husband throughout their years together. During World War II, while Ted was serving in the Navy, she preared munitions in Ashland in support of the war effort.

“Granny, we will miss your smiles and hugs and all of the encouragement you gave us throughout our lives, but we are deeply comforted to know that you and Grandpa will spend your life in eternity together.”

Joint funeral services will be at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12, 2005, officiated by Dr. Floyd Paris and the Rev. Harold Cathey. Joint visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel today.

Friends may make contributions to Community Hospice, 1538 Central Ave., Ashland, KY, in memory of Ted and Midge Graham.

Iwanted to let you know that I am sorry for your "GREAT" loss of losing your parents. Your mom won't have to go through the grieving process of losing her husband, they are now together for eternity. We don't understand, but it is all part of God's plan. You & your family are in my prayers. If you don't remember me, I am Terry Patton's wife. I am sure you heard he passed away last April. We just have to trust in the Lord through times like these.
