Jane A. Salmon, 89, of Ashland, Ky., died Dec. 13, 2005, in Woodland Oaks Health Care Facility.
Mrs. Salmon was born Aug. 27, 1916, in Memphis, Tenn., a daughter of the late Dr. Richard E. and Nell Seat Adams.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur D. Salmon, in 2000 and an infant daughter, Sherry Salmon.
She was a homemaker and a member of the 1st Evangelical Church in Memphis and King's Daughters Auxiliary. She was a volunteer at the Home for Incurables in Memphis.
Surviving are two sons, A. Douglas Salmon and wife Barbara of Baton Rouge, La., and Richard A. Salmon and wife Deborah of Ashland; and two grandsons, Mark and Mitch Salmon.
The funeral service will be in Memphis under the direction of Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
