Madison Rachelle Gollihue, 11 months, 21 days old, of Flatwoods, Ky., went home to be with the Lord on Sunday afternoon in King's Daughters Medical Center following a sudden illness.
She was born Dec. 27, 2004, in Ashland, Ky., a daughter of Shawn and Vanessa Harris Gollihue of Flatwoods.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Annette Menshouse and Samuel Gollihue.
Additional survivors include two sisters, Emily Gollihue of West Portsmouth, Ohio, and Alexis Annette Gollihue at home; her maternal grandparents, Everett Lee Harris of Greenup, Ky., and Patricia Dixon of Ashland; her great-grandmother, Mollie Harris of Worthington, Ky.; her great-grandfather, Homer I. Woods of Greenup; and a host of loving family in Christ.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland by Pastor Rick Mays and Pastor Terry Waugh. Burial will be in Gollihue Family Cemetery in Rush, Ky.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
