Although it's been years since I've seen any of you, I'm truly saddened to hear of the passing of Gerald. I remember him as a family man, hard working and dedicated to the Lord. May peace be with your family.

Mrs. Hart, Gerry, Debbie & Teresa:
I was very sorry to read about Mr. Hart's passing. I forwarded the notice in the Independent to Aunt Kat & Sherry. It was so nice to have Mr. Hart as a neighbor (and all of you), I always enjoyed him and especially enjoyed his garden in the summer. I know that he will be missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

He was a good man, and everyone liked him.
It appears that Gerald has gone one to be with the LORD JESUS CHRIST, that shed HIS sinless blood at calvary for the sheep of HIS fold, The same LORD that died for Geralds sins as well as my sins.
It would be near impossible for me to travel to the visitation or funeral seeing that i live near Tupelo Mississippi, and wish that i could have seen him again before he passed this life, but that was'nt meant to be.
To Sylvia, Deb, Jerry, and Teresa Jo, nothing could replace what he was to you, but keep in mind Philippians 3:21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto HIS glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
Yes; when we see Gerald again, we will not see old age and infirmed health, but we will see youth, and health, and if the LORD returns before we pass this life, 'The dead in Christ shall rise first' ii Thess.
If i could say any thing that would ease the pain, I would say it, But GODS WORD speaks far better than i ever could.I Thess. 4:17-18.
So for a time he will be away, But thanks be to the Lord JESUS CHRIST, we shall meet again,
Again my concolences, Sincerely; Steven Kiser

To the family of Bro. Gerald; you and yours have my deepest sympathy.
Bro. Gerald was a wonderful and great friend. I remember Bro. Gerald when he was a member of Second Baptist and helped in the Sparrow's Nook and was a member of the adult choir. As music director of Second Baptist I will always remember Bro. Gerald and how he loved to sing and be in special programs of music. I will always cherish those times with him. Memories are so great to reflect back on. So may you put your trust in God and always let Him guide you.
My deepest sympathy,
Ron Queen
