Thelma Graham Smith, 83, of Ashland, Ky., died Tuesday in King's Daughters Medical Center.
Mrs. Smith was born Aug. 22, 1922, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Curtis and Alma Hall Graham.
She was a member of the First Church of God. She enjoyed her time spent at the senior citizens center, quilting and all of her favorite charitable organizations.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Smith.
Surviving are her four children, daughters, Juanita Tague and her husband, Kenneth of Ashland and Sue Ann Meyer of Ashland; sons, Charles Curtis Smith and his wife, Leshie of Westwood, Ky., and Bruce Edward Smith of Ashland; a brother, James Graham of Ashland; a sister, Dorothy Jenkins of Bastrop, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006, at the Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland by the Rev. Mabel Johnson. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
