Tavian Adkins Click for Condolences      Printable Version 2006 - 2006 Tavian Adkins -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted: 04/24/06 - 07:43:37 pm EDT -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tavian Matthew Adkins, son of Bryan Adkins and Lara “Janie” Judd, both of Huntington, W.Va., was stillborn Sunday, April 23, 2006, in King's Daughters Medical Center. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Dionte Coleman of Huntington; his maternal grandparents, Marsha Payne Judd of Huntington and Kirk and Janet Trickett Judd of Morgantown, W.Va.; his maternal great-grandmother, Edith Laverne Mitchell Judd of Morgantown; his paternal grandparents, Virgil and Sherry Walk Adkins of Huntington; his paternal great-grandparent, Waudene Cole of Kenova, W.Va.; and his godparents and very special friends, Josh Falls and Nikki Federer. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today, April 25, 2006, at Woodmere Memorial Park in Huntington by the Rev. Rick Weber. There will be no visitation. Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland, Ky., is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to steenfuneralhomes.com.

Janieand Bryan, Just wanted to tell you how sorry I was to hear of your loss. I know you mustbe devestated. Please if there is anything I can do please feel free to call me anytime 525-4769. I haven't been in Westmoreland in so long I don't know what is going on any more so please forgive me for not knowing of this earlier. Tell your mom I said "hey" and your dad too. Best wishes and remember if you need me just call.I'm so sorry Janie, I know this is so hard on you and Bryan.

We would like to express our sympathy in the loss of Tavian. We will be remembering you in prayers. Please have comfort in knowing that he is in the in the arms of Jesus and looking down from heaven and smiling and saying that he is just fine. One day you can see him again.
