Gloria C. Brown (1929-2007)
Gloria C. Brown, 77, of Ashland, Ky., died April 12, 2007, in Community Hospice Care Center.
She was born on Nov. 16, 1929, in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ernest and Gladys Chinn.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ashland.
Gloria is survived by her husband, Buell R. Brown of Ashland; two sons, John Roger Brown of Ashland and Dr. Mark E. Brown Sr. and his wife, Dale, of Hendersonville, N.C.; and two grandsons, Mark E. Brown Jr. and David Whitaker Brown, both of Hendersonville.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2007, at Steen Funeral Home-Marshall Steen Chapel, 3409 13th St., Ashland, by Dr. Lee Gussler.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 1538 Central Ave., Ashland, KY 41101.
