Louella Margaret Songer, 84, of Ashland died Friday, Aug. 9, at Webbville after an extended illness.
Mrs. Songer was born June 7, 1918, the daughter of the late Edgar and Louella Borders Ball.
She was the wife of Thomas Fredrick Songer, who died in 1994.
She was a homemaker and a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, the 39 Club and Hillendale Homemakers.
She is survived by a daughter, Margaret Eileen Songer of Ashland; two sisters-in-law, Pauline Ball and Juanita Songer, both of Ashland; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum.
