Pauline Ramsey, 80, of Cannonsburg, Ky., died Friday, Feb. 14, 2003, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
Mrs. Ramsey was born June 26, 1922, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Everett and Marietta Dillow Creech.
She was retired from the Boyd County School System.
She was a member of Cannonsburg Trinity United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Womens Association, the church choir and was a volunteer for the Community Kitchen.
She also was preceded in death by her husband, Burns Ramsey, in 1974.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Madelon Ramsey of Cannnonsburg; two daughters, Tim Roark and Judy Ramsey, both of Cannonsburg; one sister, Betty Bigham of Fair Oaks, Calif.; and seven grandchildren, Ryan Ramsey, Melissa Daniels, Brandon Ramsey, Lori Leggitt, Tara Young, Gavin Ramsey and Derek Roark.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, 2003, at Marshall Steen Funeral Home by Pastors Bruce Hiner and Larry Busch. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Marshall Steen Funeral Home.
