Kenneth Lucas Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1928 - 2002 1928-2002 Kenneth Lucas, 73, of Rush, died Saturday, Jan. 19, in Boyd Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Ashland. Mr. Lucas was born July 3, 1928, in Carter County. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Steen Funeral Home-Marshall Steen Chapel in Ashland. Burial will be in the Lucas Family Cemetery on Williams Creek. Friends may call after noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
