Jerry Butch Riggs, 71, of Wurtland, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
Mr. Riggs was born July 12, 1940 in Greenup, Kentucky a son of the late Edgar Riggs and Margaret Faye Fritz Sullivan.
He was an United States Army Veteran
attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Flatwoods, KY
Retired operator from the Coke Plant, A K Steel in Ashland
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers Gail Riggs

Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 pm Tuesday at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Rev. Roger Bonzo and Bro. Wayne Stephenson. Burial will be at 11:00 am Wednesday in Rose Hill Burial Park, Ashland, Kentucky.
Friends may call from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
