Mr. Chaffins was born February 19, 1958 in Greenup County, Kentucky a son of the late James B. and Jewell Chaffins. He is survived by 1 daughter Donna Ruth Chaffins Greenup, KY 3 brothers Gary Chaffins Ashland, KY Raymond Chaffins Flatwoods, KY James Chaffins 2 sisters Linda Coburn Morehead, KY Joyce Thompson Ashland, KY 3 grandchildren Graveside services will be conducted at 4:00 pm Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at the Chaffins Cemetery . Little White Oak Road, Load, KY Reed Funeral Home in Greenup is in charge of arrangements.
