Geraldine "Jerri" Turner Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1933 - 2012 Geraldine Jerri Turner Geraldine Jerri Turner, 78, of Flatwoods, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, April 11,2012 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Jerri was born August 7, 1933 in Wurtland, Kentucky a daughter of the late Doyle Chinn Sr. and Chloe Melvin Chinn Myers. She worked at GTE in Ashland for several years was owner of Jerris Style Shop in Flatwoods, Kentucky for 37 years Was a member of the Advance Methodist Church in Flatwoods In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Turner Jr. 4 brothers Vernon Chinn Richard Chinn Doyle Chinn Jr. Phillip Chinn Step-father Cecil G. Myers She is survived by 2 sons Doyle Keith (Mary) Turner Flatwoods, KY Gregory Brent (Kathleen) Turner Lexington, KY 1 sister Mary Flannery (Dr. Paul) KleyKamp Flatwoods, KY 4 grandchildren Amie (Alan) Lang Melissa (Adam) French Ross Turner Elisabeth Turner 3 great-grandchildren Averie Lang Anderson Lang Maddie French Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Rev. Donald Young and Rev. Mark Wilson. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 - 9:00 pm and one hour before the service on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Community Hospice Care Center, 2330 Pollard Road, Ashland, Kentucky 41101. Condolences may be sent to reedfuneralhome.us
