Answel Hank Lewis Sr., 84. of Wurtland, Kentucky passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012 in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
Mr. Lewis was born November 26, 1927 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of the late Jonathan and Effie Mullins Lewis.
He attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Greenup, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Virginia Ferguson Lewis

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Danny Evans. Burial will be in the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, Kentucky.
Visitation will be Saturday 12:00 pm until service time.
