Mildred Jean Parsons, 86, of Wheelersburg, Ohio formerly of Greenup, Kentucky went to be with the Lord Monday, September 10, 2012 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
Mrs. Parsons was born December 26, 1925 in Greenup County, Kentucky a daughter of the late Asa and Manda Melvina Stapleton Reed.
She was of the Baptist Faith
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by
her husband Wayne H. Parsons

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Reed Funeral home in Greenup by Rev. Dennis R. Tate. Burial will be in the Quillen Cemetery Lynn, Kentucky.
Visitation will be Thursday 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
