Jessie Ellen Howard, 77, of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, formerly of Big White Oak Road, York, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Wednesday September 26, 2012 in Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky, surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Howard was born January 17, 1935 in Lawrence County, Kentucky a daughter of the late Denny John and Cora Blevins Young.
She was a member of New Hampshire Enterprise Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by 4 brothers Emmit J. Young

Several nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Elder James Collier, Elder Ezra Burton, and Elder Gary Burton. Burial will be in the Jones Cemetery, York, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 6:00pm - 9:00pm Friday, September 28, 2012 and one hour before the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
