Mrs. Fannin was born September 7, 1947 in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late Alva Jr. and Juanita Braden Mowery. She is survived by 1 son Jeremy Sean Fannin Raceland, KY 1 brother Barry Keith (Cloteen) Mowery Lloyd, KY There are no services at this time. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup are in charge of arrangements.
