Juanita Lewis Frazier, 74, of Raceland, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 5, 20123 with her loving husband by her side at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
Mrs. Frazier was born December 8, 1938 in Carter City, Kentucky a daughter of the late Martin Simon and Beatrice Smith Lewis.
Juanita was a Christian and attended Flatwoods Nazarene Church in Flatwoods, Kentucky

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday, February 8, 2013 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Bro. Bill Burnett and Bob Daniels. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods.
Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 at the funeral home.
