Carol Faye Tarr, 74, of Scope Towers, Ashland, Kentucky, formally of Greenup, KY went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 12, 2013 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
Ms. Tarr was born August 8, 1938 in Salyersville, Kentucky a daughter of the late Hager and Versie Porter Gullett.
She enjoyed doing activities at Scope Towers in Ashland.
She was of the Christian faith.
