Wesley A. Bertram, 72, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Friday May 31, 2013 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
Mr. Bertram was born January 7, 1941 in Greenup County, Kentucky a son of the late Edward and Delilah Morris Bertram.
