John D. Forbes Jr., 70 of Ashland, Kentucky formerly of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
Mr. Forbes was born September 16, 1942 in Argillite, Kentucky a son of the late John Daniel Forbes Sr and Hazel Justice Forbes.
Mr. Forbes was a member of Westwood Enterprise Baptist Church.
He was proceeded in death by his

Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday July 31, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Dixon Cemetery in Westwood, Kentucky by Pastor Ivan Asbury.
