Hubert Stephenson, 94, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 2, 2013 at Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wurtland, Kentucky.
Mr. Stephenson was born July 30, 1919 in Greenup, Kentucky a son of the late Isaac and Lizzie Porter Stephenson.
He was a member of the Central Nazarene Church in Huntington, WV
He was a retired crane operator for Connor Steel Mill in Huntington, WV
He was an United States Army WWII Veteran
He was preceded in death by
3 brothers and 2 sisters
He is survived by
His wife Thelma Miller Stephenson
1 daughter
Nancy and her husband Leslie Ferris Chesapeake, Ohio
7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, Kentucky.
