Mr. Coburn was born December 20, 1964 in Russell, Kentucky a son of Joy Brown Coburn and the late Rudolph D. Coburn. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by 1 Brother Gary Lee Coburn He is survived by His mother Joy Coburn Greenup, Kentucky 1 sister Christy (Steve) Salley Argillite, Kentucky 1 Nephew Phillip Coburn Fort Henry, Kentucky A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Warnock Cemetery in Warnock, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made toward the funeral expense. Condolences may be made to www.reedfuneralhome.us
