Carolyn Forbes Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1944 - 2013 Carolyn Forbes 1944  2013 Carolyn Forbes, 69, of Westwood, Kentucky, formerly of Greenup, went to be with the Lord, Monday, December 16, 2013 at Kings Daughters Medical Center Ashland, Kentucky. Mrs. Forbes was born August 27, 1944 in Westwood, Kentucky a Daughter of the late Dewey and Verna Waugh Artrip. She was a member of the Westwood Enterprise Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by Her husband John Forbes 2 brothers Charles Artrip Dewey Arttrip She is survived by 1 son James Timothy Sullivan Ashland, KY 1 daughter Sabrina (Kermit) Litteral Greenup, KY 4 brothers Mitch Artrip Greenup, KY Kenny Artrip Ashland, KY Ray Artrip TN Ronnie Artrip Ashland, KY Jimmy Artrip Ashland, KY 3 sisters Phyllis Hineman Ashland, KY Beatrice Duval Ashland, KY Alice Jones Florida 5 grandchildren 3 great-grandchildren There will be no services at this time. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup are in charge of arrangements Condolences may be made at www.reedfuneralhome.us
