Opal Hieneman, 94, of Greysbranch, Kentucky went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 9, 2014 at her home.

Mrs. Hieneman was born February 7, 1919 in Newfoundland (Elliott County), Kentucky a daughter of the late Wiley and Sena Elizabeth Wagner Williams.

She was a member of the Brick Union Christian Church in Greysbranch

She was a member of the Woodland Homemakers Club in Greenup County She was the Oldest living member of the Electa Chapter Eastern Star in Greenup

She worked for the Department of Defense during WWII in Willow Run, Michigan

She was a retried self-employed beautician

Was Owner of the Hieneman Dairy Farm for 29 years

She Was a school teacher during the 1930s

and as a member of the 1937 Graduating Class of McKell High School

She loved to garden, can and cook.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by

Her husband Maurice Hieneman

1 daughter Elinor Palmore

4 brothers Robert Williams

Ison Williams

Claude Williams

1 sister Nora Maynard

She is survived by

1 son Harry (Debbie) Hieneman Greysbranch, KY

2 daughters

Nancy (Jad) Bailey Greenup, KY

Ruth (Al) Push Catlettsburg, KY

1 son-in-law

Reginald Plamore Nashville, TN

6 grandchildren

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Dr. Tom Melvin and Minister Scott Hill. Burial will be in the Brick Union Cemetery in Greysbranch.

Visitation will be Sunday from Noon until service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to Community Hospice, 1480 Carter Ave., Ashland, Kentucky 41101.

Sorry for your loss, but she's in Heaven now with alot of family. Talking over the good years. And she walking with Jesus. Just keep all the good memories in your heart and she is there with you daily. Take care and God Bless
