Travis McDowell Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1990 - 2014 Travis Benji McDowell 1990-2014 Travis Benji McDowell, 23, of Clearfield, Kentucky formerly of Greenup, KY, went to be with the Lord, Friday, January 10, 2014 at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Benji was born February 5, 1990 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of Roger and Karen Hamilton Helms. He was an EMT for Kings Daughters Medical Center a volunteer fireman for Wurtland Station 90 formerly a volunteer fireman for Greenup Station 70 member of the First Church of The Nazarene, Flatwoods, Kentucky In addition to his parents he is survived by His wife Kimberly Wilson McDowell 1 daughter Shelby Renae McDowell At home 1 brother Nathan (Nancy Chandler) McDowell Flatwoods, KY 1 sister Summer (Josh) ONeal Load, KY Grandparents Clarence and Christine Hamilton Wurtland, KY 1 Uncle Paul (Diane) Hamilton Naples, KY 2 aunts Connie (Jack) Wells Wurtland, KY Sue (Ray) Halleck South Point, Ohio Father in Law and Mother in law Ray and Elaine Kidd Wilson Morehead, KY Several brothers and sisters in law Several Nieces and Nephews Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday January 13, 2014 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Pastor Richard Waggner. Burial will be in Sexton Cemetery, Wurtland, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 9:00 pm on Sunday and one hour before the funeral on Monday. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Travis Benji McDowell Fund US Bank, Pinecrest Office 120 Pinecrest Drive, Morehead, Kentucky 40351 Condolences may be made at www.reedfuneralhome.us
