Dwayne Micheal Hurst Click for Condolences      Printable Version 2014 - 2014 Dwayne Micheal Hurst 2014 Dwayne Micheal Hurst, infant son of Litisha McWhorter and Tyler Hurst of Rush, Kentucky, passed away at his home on Monday, February 24, 2014 Dwayne was born January 30, 2014 in Ashland, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Dwayne Michael Hurst. In addition to his parents he is survived by His twin brother Levi Scott Hurst 1 Grandparent Ronald Paul McWhorter Ironton, OH Great-Grandparents Henrietta Marshall Rush, KY William and Elizabeth Hurst Greenup, KY Jerry and Judy Barton Worthington, KY Great- Great Grandparents Ada Hurst Greenup, KY Gladys Buckley Mansfield, OH Eva Millhouse Flatwoods, KY One great aunt and uncle Emma and Jerry Fowler Rush Graveside services will be conducted 1:30 pm Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at the Hurst Family Cemetery, Slash Branch Road, Greenup by Rev. Richard Crum. Visitation will be 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Wednesday at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup.
