Mrs. Riffe was born March 5, 1929 in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late Charles and Ethel Cooper Workman.
She was a member of Beech Street Christian Church and was baptized into the Christian faith.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Tuesday March 18, 2014 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Brother Earl Marshall. Burial will be at Quillen Cemetery in Lynn, KY
Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00 pm Monday and one hour before the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
