Everette Reed Damron

Everette Reed Damron, 68, of Rt. 207, Greenup, Kentucky, formerly of Virgie, Kentucky went to be with the Lord Sunday March 16, 2014 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Kentucky.

Mr. Damron was born August 15, 1945 a son of the late James and Draxie Newsome Damron.

He was retired from AK Steele.

Served in the Vietnam War

Attended Morehead State University

Enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and being around horses.

1 daughter Karen (David) Douglas Lexington, KY

1 Granddaughter Keshia (Chuck) Reffett Greenup, KY

2 Great Grandchildren Maci Shae Reffett Greenup, KY

Evan Reid Reffett Greenup, KY

Funeral Services will be conducted at noon Wednesday March 19, 2014 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Elder Gary Blevins. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East in Greenup County with military graveside rites.

Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00 pm on Tuesday and one hour before the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
