Mary Elizabeth Franz Weaks, 91, of Russell, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Kentucky.
Mrs. Weaks was born December 27, 1922 in York, Kentucky a daughter of the late Edward and Cordia Johnson Miller.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Russell where she taught Sunday school for over 50 years
Member and officer of the Russell Garden Club for years

She is survived by
One daughter Kathryn Short Flatwoods, KY

Several Great Grandchildren
Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Reed Funeral Home, Greenup, Kentucky by Pastor Ken Gowin. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm on Saturday and one hour before the funeral on Sunday at the funeral home.
