Burns 1961 - 2014 Cindy Lynn Burns, 53, of Ashland, Kentucky formerly of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014 at kings Daughters medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Cindy was born June 11, 1961 in Russell, Kentucky a daughter of the late Lloyd M. and Lillian Josephine Abdon Burns. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 3 brothers Lloyd Burns Shelby Burns Charles Ray Burns 2 sisters Loretta Wheeler Sandra LeMaster She is survived by 3 sisters Carol Dean Scott Orange City, Florida Joyce Vaughn Greenup, Kentucky Lucy Roberson Ashland, Kentucky There will be no services at this time. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup is in charge of the arrangements. Condolences may be made at www.reedfuneralhome.us
