Mrs. Clare was born May 4, 1936 in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late William and Stella Kazee McNeal. She was preceded in death by her Husband Thomas Clare 2 sons Steve Clare Gary and Clare And 3 sisters She is survived by 5 sons Tommy Clare Wurtland, KY Jimmy Clare Greenup, KY Bradley Clare Mt. Sterling, KY William Clare Bay City, TX Ryan Clare Maysville, KY 1 daughter Robin Clare Apple Valley, CA 2 brothers Gene McNeal Westwood, KY Joe McNeal Ashland, KY Many Grandchildren and great-grandchildren There will be no services at this time.
