Marion Griffith, 88, of Greenup, Kentucky went to be with the Lord Friday, November 19, 2014 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Kentucky.
Mr. Griffith was born December 7, 1925 in Greenup, Kentucky a son of the late Henry and Amanda Conley Griffith.
He attended the Greenup United Methodist Church for many years.
He was a WWII United States Navy Veteran and was a retired machinist from Ashland Oil. He was lovingly referred to as Papaw

Visitation will be from 11:30 - 1:00 pm on Friday, November 21, 2013 at the Greenup United Methodist Church in Greenup. A graveside service will be conducted at Plum Grove Cemetery, Greenup with Military Rites by Marine Corp Greenbo Detachment #1345.
