Walter F. Borowski, 96, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 in Macon, Georgia at Blair House Senior living where he called home for the past 11 years.
Walter was born August 11, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA a son of the late Walter P. and Stella M. Suski Borowski.
Walter is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Flora Quillen Borowski.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm at the D.C. Quillen Cemetery, Big White Oak Road, York , Kentucky. Military rites will be performed by James A. Flannery American Legion Post 276, South Shore, KY.
Visitation will be Tuesday noon - 1:00 pm at Reed Funeral Home, Greenup, KY
