Papaw, You are and always will be my best friend. Thanks for all the good times and life lessons. You were like a father to me, I would have never made it without you. I keep your picture on my desk and think of you every day. What would papaw do? You never let me down. I miss you and I will keep pushing forward. You gave me the tools. "Heaven is here on earth, with your kids." - Don Grubb Love, Daniel

I knew Don for many years, being one of his servers at several different restaurants. Nora and he would ask for me anytime they would come in. They always introduced me to their family and made me feel so special. He reminded me of my own grandfather, and I loved them both as they were my own family. My heart breaks for the entire family, and I will miss him dearly. He was a hero and I am proud to call him my friend. Prayers for Nora and the entire Grubb family.

Nora and family, you are in our prayers. Don was a special man,as you know. He was also a good friend and mentor to me during our time stationed at Utapo Thialand so many years ago (1973-74). So glad we stayed in touch over the years but wish we would have gotten together more often. Wish we could have been there but know that we send our Love and condolences. God forever bless Don and You. Friends Jim and Linda.
